"I’m Keith Tully and I lead the team here at the Aberystwyth office of Real Business Rescue. Alongside my team of business rescue, recovery, and turnaround experts, we are here to advise company directors and their shareholders who are experiencing financial difficulties.”

Our Llandudno office is headed up by Keith Tully, Partner at Real Business Rescue, and supports businesses across west Wales with all matters of financial and operational distress. Keith has over two decades’ experience when it comes to helping businesses understand and navigate their options during their most challenging of times, meaning you are in safe hands no matter what problems and uncertainties you are facing.

If your company is beginning to show signs of financial or operational distress, you need to be prepared to seek expert advice as a matter of urgency. Whether you have noticed cash flow is becoming squeezed, or if creditors are applying increasing pressure or threatening legal action against your business, time is of the essence.

There are a host of both formal and informal solutions which have been designed to help companies just like yours. For some companies, a process of negotiation with key creditors could help ease the immediate financial burden, while others may benefit from an injection of capital to boost cash flow.

Other situations may require a formal insolvency process to help get the company back on a solid financial footing. A Company Voluntary Arrangement – or CVA – can be a useful option to viable businesses who are struggling to keep up with their current obligations. Creditors must agree to a CVA before it will become legally-binding, however, if this is achieved, monthly repayments to creditors will be immediately lowered freeing up vital cash. When negotiating a CVA some debt may be written off as part of the process, and existing lease agreements can be revisited. A licensed insolvency practitioner is needed in order to help facilitate these negotiations, and with a nationwide network of qualified insolvency practitioners, Real Business Rescue are on hand to help.

When liquidation is the only possible solution, we can take charge of the whole process on your company’s behalf, ensuring the company is closed in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986 and treating all outstanding creditors fairly.

Real Business Rescue have a network of offices located up and down the country, with other locations in Wales including Llandudno, Cardiff, and Swansea.
