Keith has been involved in business insolvency since 1992, during which time he’s worked for both independent and national business rescue firms. He is knowledgeable in an array of business-related topics but his specialties include acting on behalf of financial institutions in restructuring matters and negotiating with HM Revenue and Customs to arrange viable times for clients to pay schemes. Keith has two children, lives in Wilmslow, and is a Manchester United Fan who was actually born in Manchester.
Jonathan has been helping clients handle the financial difficulties associated with escaping insolvency for many years. He’s proficient at accurately assessing problems and offering practical and effective advice based on extensive industry experience, recommending solutions and services that help companies survive and thrive. Jonathan is an Associate member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (ABRP).
Dylan is one of our licensed Insolvency Practitioners, and is also a Director. In 1996 he qualified as a solicitor, and before joining our crew was a Partner at one of the UK’s leading law firms, Pannone LLP. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of corporate insolvency and recovery, specialising in performing non-contentious transaction work for officeholders. Dylan is a fan of the Arsenal Football Club, and enjoys spending time with his family, socialising, and skiing.
Louisa is a CPI and JIEB-qualified insolvency practitioner who began her professional career in 2003. She has extensive experience serving at a number of independent and national accountancy firms, and is knowledgeable in every aspect of business recovery and insolvency, specialising in asset recovery and investigation. Jane lives in South Manchester with her husband and is an avid (season ticket holding) fan of FC United of Manchester.
ick began his insolvency career in 1992, and became qualified as a professional Insolvency Practitioner in 1999. He has experience serving with companies like KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1997. He’s served most of his career in his native county of Yorkshire, where he currently resides. His specialties include offering advice to financial institutions in the region and facilitating trading administrations. Nick is a fan of the Rotherham United Football Club.
Jordan began his career in 1998, and since then has served at several independent and national insolvency firms. He’s experienced in all types of liquidation procedures, and specialises in facilitating voluntary arrangements for companies and partnerships. Jordan currently resides in Manchester where he is married with two children, and has been an avid Manchester City Fan since the takeover.
Stacey began her career as an insolvency practitioner in 2005, and specialises in all aspects of company voluntary arrangements and trading administrations. She’s received a merit award in the examinations for her Certificate of Proficiency of Insolvency (CPI) certification, and is currently preparing for her Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) exams. When she’s not studying or helping clients deal with insolvency issues Stacey likes to travel.
Jayne commenced her insolvency career in 1993 working with Buchler Phillips Traynor, and has since served for a number of independent and national insolvency firms. She specialises in dealing with Voluntary Arrangements for Partnerships and Companies, as well as facilitating Trading Administrations.
In 2007 Lianna started her career by gaining experience in matters related to personal insolvency; however she has recently begun specialising in all aspect of corporate liquidations and administrations.
Alex obtained a degree in Economics from Bristol University, and then did a bit of travelling throughout South East Asia and Australia before joining our team. He’s currently preparing for his Associated Charter of Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, and enjoys playing rugby in his spare time.
David has been dealing with matters related to insolvency for two decades, and regularly assists companies that are experiencing financial difficulties. He emphasises the importance of effective client care and communication, and excels at helping business owners and directors alleviate some of the stress induced by the current state of economic uncertainty. David works at our Preston office and lives with his wife and 2 children in Ribble Valley.
Victoria began her career in 1993, and has since gained experience in all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency by working at several independent and national firms. She is married with 2 children and currently resides in Manchester.
Tom began working in the UK Transport and International Logistics sector almost 4 decades ago. He therefore specialises in providing assistance and advice to companies in this industry, and possesses the expertise, understanding, and knowledge that business Owners and Directors find valuable in today’s troubled economy. Tom enjoys playing golf and Snooker, and regularly plays in Manchester Snooker Tournaments, where he has recorded a highest break of 127.
Edward joined our team in 2011 after completing his A-level courses. He resides locally and is a devout fan of Manchester United.
Chloe is the first person our clients deal with at the office, and does a great job of keeping things organised and relaxed in our busy reception area. She resides locally but enjoys travelling and has recently ventured to Portugal and the Dominican Republic. Chloe does not have a favourite football club – but all of our team members can’t be sports fans.
