Simon Killick is a Partner and licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in our London office, specialising in corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring. He has extensive experience handling contentious insolvency matters involving litigation, and advises a range of stakeholders including directors, creditors, shareholders, banks, and other financial institutions.

Simon has over 15 years’ experience and has particular expertise in the hospitality, construction, charity, and media sectors. He is regularly appointed in liquidations with contentious investigative elements, solvent liquidations with complex asset classes, and pre-pack administrations.
