About Thomas
Thomas McKay is the Regional Managing Partner for Scotland and Northern Ireland at BTG Begbies Traynor, part of Real Business Rescue, based in our Glasgow office. He specialises in corporate insolvency, personal insolvency and business restructuring, and leads our offices across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Thomas has over 20 years’ experience supporting SMEs, medium to large businesses, and individuals in financial distress. Throughout his career, Thomas has experience across the full spectrum of corporate insolvency engagements, including cross-border insolvency assignments across England and Scotland, and regularly engages with HMRC, accountants, secured lenders, invoice discounters, solicitors and property agents.
Thomas is an ICAS-qualified Chartered Accountant.
