Today we are pleased to announce that Cooper Williamson Ltd (owners up until today of realbusinessrescue.co.uk) has been acquired by the Begbies Traynor Group.
The acquisition will enable Cooper Williamson to further increase its capability to engage company directors through its national company director advice website Real Business Rescue. This will offer greater flexibility for directors who require corporate insolvency advice and free face to face consultations all of which can be offered at convenient local locations.
Jonathan Munnery said that Cooper Williamson were delighted to be joining the Begbies Traynor Group and that Cooper Williamson was a perfect fit with Begbies National offices.
Ric Traynor, executive chairman of Begbies Traynor, said: "The acquisition of Cooper Williamson is an exciting development for us, and is in line with our strategy to enhance our position as the UK's leading independent insolvency practice.
"It will reinforce our presence in the North West and give us the opportunity to expand Cooper Williamson's already successful model and business rescue internet portal on a national scale."
