Ian Royle is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Partner based in our Stockton-on-Tees office. Ian has over 25 years’ experience in corporate insolvency, specialising in helping owner-managed businesses.

Neil Vinnicombe

Neil Vinnicombe is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Partner based in our Bath office, with over 40 years’ experience in corporate insolvency and business restructuring. Neil specialises in helping SME owners across the South West.

Simon Haskew

Simon Haskew is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Partner based in our Bristol and Bath offices. With over 40 years’ experience in corporate insolvency and business restructuring, Simon specialises in complex administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and LPA receiverships.

Michael Hall is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and restructuring. Based in our Exeter office, Michael specialises in practitioner-led rescue solutions for businesses across the south and South West.

Thomas Harris

Thomas Harris is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in our Leicester office. With almost 20 years’ experience in the insolvency industry, Thomas specialises in providing professional yet personable advice to small and medium-sized businesses in financial distress.

Simon Killick

Simon Killick is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Accountant based in our London office. Simon has over 15 years’ experience and specialises in corporate and personal insolvency, with particular expertise in contentious insolvency matters involving litigation.

Jeremy Karr

Jeremy Karr is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Partner based in our London office, where he leads the West London insolvency and restructuring team. Jeremy has over 35 years’ experience guiding company directors through corporate insolvency and restructuring across a wide range of sectors.

Gareth Rusling is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and qualified Certified Accountant with over 30 years' experience in corporate insolvency. Gareth is a Partner based in our Sheffield office, specialising in SME insolvency and turnaround across a wide range of sectors.

Julian Pitts is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and National Managing Partner. Julian is based in our Leeds office and helps company directors across the whole range of formal insolvency solutions.

Julie Palmer

Julie Palmer is a highly experienced insolvency practitioner and industry commentator. Julie is Regional Managing Partner for the South West and is a member of the IPA and a Fellow of The Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Carolynn Best is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience in the industry. She joined the Real Business Rescue team in 2019 as a Partner in our Leicester office.

Dave Broadbent is a licensed insolvency practitioner and Partner at our York office. Dave primarily specialises in helping directors of SME owner-managed businesses. Dave has almost 30 years' experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Gillian Sayburn

Gillian Sayburn is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has worked in business rescue and insolvency since 1999. She is a north-east native and provides specialist advice to businesses in Newcastle and Teesside.

Matthew Cluer

Matthew is a Partner at Real Business Rescue and works across the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region. He specialises in providing turnaround and insolvency advice to sole traders and business owners in the SME sector.
