Real Business Rescue’s Buxton office is lead by licensed insolvency practitioner, and Partner at Real Business Rescue, Kris Wigfield.
Supported by his team of business rescue and recovery specialists, Kris has helped countless businesses across Buxton and the wider Derbyshire area, with all manners of financial and operational distress.
Business distress can be triggered by a wide variety of things, and likewise, it can be manifested in different ways. For some companies, cash flow will become tight; while in other situations creditors will start to place increasing pressure on the business in order to recover the money owed. No matter how these financial strains are showing themselves in the day to day running of the business, the advice is the same – seek professional advice as a matter of urgency.
Taking expert advice at an early stage will give your company the very best chance of survival. There are a range of business rescue and recovery options which can be utilised to help get your business back on track, and the sooner you begin the explore these options, the greater the likelihood of being able to turn around the fortunes of the business.
Depending on the current and projected future financial position of the company, you may be able to enter into negotiations with your creditors by way of a Company Voluntary Arrangement in order to reduce your monthly outgoings making them much more affordable and sustainable going forwards.
Company administration may be considered as an alternative if the company requires more extensive restructuring and streamlining. With administration, viable elements of the company can be saved, while non-performing areas can be wound down allowing vital money and resources to be diverted elsewhere. Kris and his team will be happy to talk you through your options and recommend the most appropriate course of action for you and your company.
Alongside our Buxton office, we also have a nearby office in Sheffield, as well as a network of offices across the entirety of the UK.
